BEIJING, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MetaSwarm, Inc. (Pink Sheets: MSWM -News) announced that it has signed a contract with Beijing InfoSure Technology Ltd. ("Beijing InfoSure") to be the exclusive supplier of all video content and advertising content to Beijing InfoSure for distribution by Henan Cable (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Cable) and Henan Mobile (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Mobile) to all mobile phone subscribers in Henan Province. As a result of the contract, Beijing InfoSure will be the exclusive partner for all broadcast content and advertising content from any country other than Mainland China.
Late last year, Beijing InfoSure entered into a cooperative agreement with Henan Mobile and Henan Cable to deploy broadcasting content and advertising content to subscribers in Henan Province. According to China-views.net, with almost 100 million people, Henan Province is the most populated province in China. Henan Cable will be responsible for all reviews of content, auditing of content, uploads and coordination with China Mobile of all content for the life of the contract. MetaSwarm will be responsible for supplying the video content to Beijing InfoSure.
