MetaSwarm Submits Form 10 to SEC

SANTA MONICA, Calif., Oct. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MetaSwarm, Inc (Pink Sheets: MSWM -News) announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form 10-SB with the SEC. The filing remains subject to review and comments by the SEC. Once approved, the Company's obligations to file reports required to be filed under the 1934 Act by publicly reporting companies including quarterly reports on Form 10-Q and annual reports on Form 10-K will commence. In addition, upon approval of the Form 10, the Company intends to engage a market maker to file a Form 211 with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) on its behalf. The Form 211 will be subject to review and comment by FINRA. Upon approval of the Form 211 by FINRA, the Company's securities will be eligible for quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board.
